Denver-based Udi’s Healthy Foods was proud to debut Udi’s Gluten Free Foods newest product line of certified gluten-free granola, breads, pizza crusts, muffins and plain bagels at the 56th Summer Fancy Foods Show held on June 27-29, 2010 in New York City.
Drawing on its artisan baking heritage, Udi’s Gluten Free Foods baked goods that have revolutionized the gluten free bread category. Recent industry data shows Udi’s Gluten Free Whole Grain and White Sandwich breads are the top two selling gluten-free breads in the country.
