I did actually cry when I tasted my first piece of Udi's bread. I'm off to get the pizza crusts eve as I type - dinner will be delicious tonight :) To be able to take my "special bread" with me when I travel and have toast with the rest of the breakfast table... or make a simple, delicious sandwich at work - or *grilled cheese*???
