Grill Our Gluten Free Bread Ends For a Tasty Steak Sandwich!

Have you ever wondered what to do with the heels/ends of your Udi’s gluten free bread? Why not try this delicious gluten-free recipe on your grill.

At Udi’s Gluten Free Foods, we think that our whole loaf of bread can be enjoyed!

Grill the ends of your bread to make this succulent steak sandwich:

1/2 cup cooked tri-tip beef roast

1/4 cup watercress, stems trimmed

2 tbsp. diced onion

2 tbsp. diced tomato

1 slice pepperjack cheese

1/2 tbsp. oil of your choosing for bread

2 sliced Udi’s Gluten Free Bread (heels/ends)

  • Coat the inside of bread with oil and place bread on hot grill or grill pan
     
  • Once bread is toasted layer cheese, cooked steak, tomato & onion, and watercress on top of the grilled side
     
  • You can either eat it like this or press in a panini press for an extra crispy sandwich
