Try These Deliciously End-of-Summer Sandwiches
Some friends at Glutenfreeda have come up with two fantastic gluten-free recipes for you to try using our Udi’s Gluten Free breads.

Lightly toasted Udi’s gluten-free sandwich bread will hold up to savory ingredients like pancetta, arugula and tomato. This is a perfect end of summer sandwich because it requires very little cooking, allowing your home to stay nice and cool.
Arugula is a low-calorie option for greens with a big list of health benefits. Some of these benefits include:
-Rich in vitamins A, C, & K
-Calcium (Great for those on a casein free diet)
Another recipe from Glutenfreeda features our bread un-toasted. If you are in the mood for a little spice in your life then try this great Spicy Southwest-Chicken Sandwich. This wheat free and gluten-free sandwich includes avocado, a hearty source of potassium, which is known to help lower cholesterol.
