I first discovered Udi’s gluten-free bread at Whole Foods market. Not really knowing if it would be like the other breads, I babies reading

What a great surprise! Being gluten free for over a year now, it was a wonderful discovery to find a bread that was gluten free that didn’t feel and taste like cardboard. The best part is that I can have a grilled cheese sandwich or the old stand by, my favorite, peanut butter and jelly. I’ve never had such good bread, and the muffins………YUMMY! I have told all my gluten free friends about your wonderful products. Thank you for such a good bread.
