I don’t know how Udi’s is able to bake such as incredible gluten free bread. I was diagnosed with celliac disease a year and a half ago and had given up on every eating a sandwich or hamburger again Every other gluten free bread I have tried is so dense, heavy and taste like cardboard.
And I tried the pizza crust this past weekend. Wonderful! Not surprisingly it is head and shoulders above the competition. Thanks Udi’s!
