We were on vacation this summer to Grand Lake, Co. and just happened to run into a Whole Foods. There I saw a loaf of Udi bread on a rack-not frozen like most bread I’m used to buying. I bought it to use w/peanut butter for myself and my son (who is also gluten intolerant) to eat on our trip. I cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled I was to taste bread so fresh! That loaf did not last long, unfortunately, but when I got home I ordered a case to be sent here and told my local natural food store about Udi’s.
