One Day, One Loaf
After trying every type of gluten free bread, I came across Udi’s. Having never seen it before, I got a loaf. My mother and I, figured we would try it without toasting as that is the real test of gluten free bread. We sat down to a sandwich made of Udi’s, turkey, provolone, spinach and artichoke spread. That was the first four slices. We then shared another sandwich, that was the next two slices. About a hour later, we each had a PB&J. That was 4 more slices. The rest was made into toast, because it went with dinner, not because it had to be toasted. YUM.
