On the Plane with Udi's Gluten Free Bread!
I have been a celiac for 7 years and knew what gluten was for 35 years, so when I had to give up the flavor and feel of real bread I was more than depressed.
Then one day, about a month ago, I found Udi’s at my health food store. The owner of the store barked at me, “this is the best bread ever, you don’t need to toast it – try it!”. I had to fly on a plane shortly thereafter and it is always a feat to travel and have a sandwich or something of a sandwich, well UDI’s came to the rescue.
I love your bread, a few slices of cheese, and some yellow mustard and I was set. The bread stayed so nice for hours (I froze the sandwich a few hours before to stay cold for the trip). My husband who is not a celiac had a Udi’s sandwich and said, “Oh my gosh, this is gluten free!?” Yes, it is and it tastes like the real thing, both in feel, taste, flavor and lasting capabilities during a plane trip! Thank you for making me feel like a whole person “eating bread” again!
