No Taste Like Home

I am originally from the UK, but I have lived here for 18 years now. Last year I was diagnosed with being gluten intolerant, the nasty bugger gives me migraines. It has been a very difficult road but I went cold turkey off gluten, as my Chiro said, "if you are a bucket of mud and all you are doing is taking out one cup at a time, you are still a bucket of mud".

There are days though when I just have to have a taste of home. Growing up in the UK as a kid you have something called cheese beany, it is a comfort food. You get two pieces of toast, heat up some heinz baked beans put then on the toast then grate cheddar cheese over the top. Put the lot under the broiler until it is a lovely cheesy bubbly mess.

On my days when I don’t think I can do the whole gluten free thing I know I have my Udi’s Cheese Beany to make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
