My three-year old daughter, Piper, is on a gluten free diet. Like many parents of young children with Celiac disease and gluten intolerance, I struggle to help her feel normal in a world where most food is dangerous for her. Piper loves Udi’s blueberry muffins, and won’t rest until she’s eaten every "nuffin" in the house. I love being able to give her something I know is healthy, safe and brings a big smile to her face.
