Finally – bread
I was changing my eating habits by taking out all the "white trash" from my diet. It was hard, but I did it and in 7 months I lost 30 lbs. I did miss my bread and the "bread" i was told to eat was not bread and awful. I bought Udi’s white gluten free bread and I can it it just like the old bread i used to eat – I don’t even need anything on it – straight from the bag. It is great being able to eat a regular sandwich again.
