They are too cake-like and do not have the taste or texture of real bread. Someone posted a suggestion to try UDI bread on the Living Gluten Free FB. So I bought the bagels. They are amazing!!! I wish I had the hundreds of dollars I have spent on GF items that went straight to the trash can. The I found UDI's. A GF Whole Foods employee introduced me to UDI while I was shopping one day. I owe her big-time! UDI's is #1 - i recently found their stuffing mix. I used it in my favorite traditional Oyster Stuffing for Tahnksgiving and it was fantastic.
