Bread of all

I traveled to Seattle last October 2010 with my family which to say was a blast. The city’s restaurants are savvy about gluten intolerant and celiac disease – very surprising to me. However, I was shopping at a Wholefoods Grocery Store, and was excited to see the variety of gluten free foods. I was in the bakery department and saw UDI’s bread just out on a rack. My experience with gluten free bread is that it has to be kept frozen. I bought several loaves to bring home. Udi’s bread is so much like my bread in the past before celiac disease. I want to thank you so much. I have asked my grocery store to try and purchase the bread – they are working on it.
