I do not “need” to be gluten free, but many of my friend’s do. I was at a potluck lunch where there were many bread selections. I made sandwich on your rice bread without knowing what it was. Someone came up to me and said, “You know that is rice bread, don’t you?” I had already made my sandwich, I wasn’t going to un-make it. With thoughts of,ugh, gluten free bread! Dry! Tasteless! Sawdusty! going through my head, I tried it. I love this bread. It is moist and light and flaky and tasty. I will buy this bread for my glutern-free friends, and eat it happily myself.
