Toast, never more?
Once I started living my gluten-free life, my first thought was that I would never have the joy of eating toast. Most breads I found were dry and crumbling, not the toast that I was missing. Then, in Barcelona, Spain, I found a bread. . .gluten free. . .soft like “regular” bread. I knew then that I just had to search for something similar in the US. Udi’s has come very close to the toast I thought I would get to have, ever again. I am eating both the whole grain and white sandwich breads by Udi’s. Now, I am looking for their cinnamon rolls!
