Gluten Free for Friends

Its equally important the respect and dedication we put into our own diet and lifestyle needs as it is our concern for our fellow friends and family members. So with our knowledge and background of Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance, how can we be most affective with gluten free catering to our friends and family members whom might be making a transition into a stricter lifestyle. Right off the bat I’d be making some really excellent Gluten Free Dessert! Or maybe just some of Udi’s all new Gluten Free Oatmeal, Chocolate Chip, and Snickerdoodle cookies to accompany your first lunch outing! (Soon available across the states, in your Independent Natural Food stores, and Coop’s). What I’d Really like to get out of this post are some ideas from all of you regarding  your favorite to bake, Gluten Free desserts!

Here are two great bake books I found online. Keep in mind the second one isn’t entirely Gluten free, so read it over carefully. Please don’t be afraid to share some of your great recipes. It might go as far to really help some non gluten free people bake for a gluten free guest and really knock their socks off!
