Celiac Shock

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and was shocked at how many foods I could no longer eat. I thought I’d have to give up bread-and a lot of other things forever. I was not a happy camper! Friends and family, however, started helping me to find substitutes for my old favorites. One of the best was Udi’s bread-because it was so much more like the bread I loved. Even more recently I discovered Udi’s pizza crusts, dinner rolls, and gluten free waffles, among other products in my area! Variety is no longer an issue for me, and finding good foods is much easier!
