Hi, I made GF molasses cookies and everyone at work was begging me for the recipe. 2cups GF flour, 1 egg, tbsp cinnamon, ginger. teaspoon of salt, soda, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. 1/2 c molasses and brown sugar. 1/2 stick butterflavored Crisco, or butter. whip all together, chill x 1 hour. roll into balls, dip or flatten in sugar. Bake 350* x 8-12 min, then cool on cookie sheet for 2min, then to rack. I have to say I was a little skeptical myself, until i tasted them. please try. I used 2 parts rice flour with pea and flax and soy flours mixed. First recipe I have adapted. Maybe wine bread is next, I'll let you know.

I am 65 years old, overweight, have arthritis, my legs and feet hurt and I'm always tired. Do you think that eating gluten free could help me?
