We visited the Olive Garden in Toledo, Ohio & were waited on by a very good waitress (named Holly), and as we told her that I was Gluten Free, she informed me that Olive Garden has a Gluten Free Diet that I was not aware of, she went & got me a take out menu that we can use in the future. Very helpful and inspiring. We sure need it. Saturday, my wife and I said no thanks "5 times" to chips and salsa, then received my dish with cheese sauce on it, even though I'd requested it without.
