  1. Eva H. – Any kind of flaky pastry product … phillo, puff pastry, croissant, etc. I miss that texture so much!
  2. Betty T. – I would so enjoy a gluten free english muffin. Thanks for all your other yummy food, especially the hamburger buns…a real treat again! 🙂
  3. Sharon D. – I would love manacotti noodles. All your products are so yummy…and I discovered not to long along your hot dog and hamburger buns. So, I am in total agreement with the above comments about what food they would like to see. My family is gluten free and casein free

  5. Jennifer K. – Pie crust would make Holiday life a lot easier. A "Pop Tart" would make daily life a lot easier. Especially with the mini-mes.

  9. Teresa C. – Gluten Free cookies without the dairy. So many of us who have gluten issues also have dairy sensitivities as well and I bought some cookies for the kids only to find out they contained dairy (very sad).

    Is it possible to create a line gluten free Stuffed Pastas, with mulitple fillin’s.. like cheeses, meats, even seafoods?

    I am Jewish and there is nothing like your bagels in the morning with white fish! I also love the raviolis, bagels, mac n cheese, pizza, chocolate donuts, and peanut butter cookies. You make gluten-free sinfully delicious.

    tortillas that are soft and you can actually wrap them without them breaking

    Both my daughter and grandmother have Celiac Disease.
    My daughter would like Bannana Bread and Raviolis.
    My grandmother LONGS for fluffy AIRY Italian Bread with the seseme seed crust 🙂

    Dinner Rolls, Tortillas, Buiscuits, Chow Mein noodles like the (Nissin Brand), mac n cheese, velveta and shells, Kit Kats, Ding Dongs like (Hostess), and Peanut Butter Cookies.

    my son would love to have Gluten Free Pop Tarts. He really misses having his yummy treat.

    Low calories, high fiber bread or anything, low calorie, low fat.. When you are trying to watch your weight and must eat gluten free, it is virtually an impossible combination. Good texture hot dog buns, soft pretzels, flaky pastry, and good texture pita bread pockets, miss them all so much.

    I didn’t get a chance to respond to Question #1, but my request would be to use an alternative sweetener in your products – maybe stevia instead of sugar.

    Angel Food Cake. I always requested every year on my Birthday. One year my Mom mailed one to me at college. It arrived in bits but I ate every last crumb.
