It would be titled, "EW! Gluten-Free!" sounds strange but the title would be eye-catching. Not only would the cookbook give great recipes, but it would also include testimonials of struggles that many gluten-free people face and it would describe the evolution of gluten-free foods, which have come a LOOONG WAY. Anyone who has eaten and purchased gluten-free foods for years will tell you that once upon a time we said, Ew! Now there are much better choices out there and we say, Mmm!!!

  19. Kaylee says:

    Glutton for Punishment
    Gluten free for life
