I would pick Gordon Ramsey and let him meet my dad because my dad has been entering in a whole ton of contests for gluten free stuff for my little brother. My little brother is 9, and he has diabetes and ciliac!

I would love to see the gluten free recipe ideas he has for my best friend–my mom, Susan. She has Celiac and I am always looking for great foods for her that are gluten free.
