The first time I made a roast beef sandwich with gluten free bread. I was so happy to have that sandwich. It is one of my favorite foods.

Udi’s chocolate chocolate chip muffins for breakfast on birthday and holiday mornings. A chili dog on an Udi’s hot dog bun. A pizza bagel for lunch on Udi’s bagels. Too many choices to just pick one!

My favorite Udi’s memory was when my husband brought home a bag full of your products & in the bag were hot dog buns. The other gluten free hot dog buns were usually like eating crumbly cardboard. BUT….was I surprised when we tried them! If we did a taste test with regular buns compared to Udi’s GF buns there is NO WAY anyone could tell the difference!

I remember finding Udi’s blueberry muffins for the first time. I bought them and and brought one for work the next day. I was able to sit at my desk and enjoy a muffin and a cup of coffee like all of my other coworkers! It was so nice to feel normal and have a delicious muffin at the same time!
