i’ll tell you! a friend of mine made her thanksgiving turducken gluten-free just so I could partake. that involved 3 kinds of GF stuffings, and being super-vigilant about cross-contamination issues. i never expect anyone to prepare holiday dishes special for me, and when my friends go SO out of the way to make something SO good and SO labor-intensive safe? let’s say i feel loved.. and full.. and it was deeeelicious

The best thing would have to be the first gluten free stuffing I have had in 4 years. I love stuffing and have mourned not being able to have it as part ofmy Thanksgiving tradition. This year, my sister-in-law came through with the BEST!
PS- With all these favorites, I’d love to see some recipes. Carrot cake with pineapple? Cinnabon like cinnamon rolls? Crock pot pizza? Sounds great!
Everything is yummy! My son loves the blueberry muffins…. I love the fact that he asks for seconds!
