    Gluten free Black Forest cake… or maybe my symphony cookies which are the god of chocolate chip style cookies. Not to brag, but I think I’ve got a knack for this gluten free baking thing and my desserts often get compliments from people who don’t know its gluten free.

    GF pasta (Tinkyada) I have served it to people who never new it was gluten free and they loves it.

    whole foods has a great gluten free section of baked goods that I occassionally splurge on…they are to expensive for everyday consumption

    I made gluten-free lemon bars for my teenage son who is apparently allergic to almost everything. Having watched him be such a good sport at having to essentially do a total diet change, I decided to make him something he’d been asking for and they were delicious!!!! Our entire family gobbled them up. You could not taste any difference between them and regular lemon bars. As a matter of fact, they were better! To see my son enjoy a long-awaited treat was awesome!!!
