  15. Beverly Marshall says:

Thanks Udi’s–for the great products. I really like the hamburger buns and bagels.
I still would enjoy the bread more if it were not so dry and the slices were a little bigger. But it is a source for my gluten free diet. I am pleased that a store not far from us has a good supply and variety. By the way, I find the loaf with millet not as acceptable to my taste as the others and again on the dry side.

  16. Sandra Stamps says:

Definately, tortillas!! I look every week to see if there are any GF tortillas, preferably Udi’s!!!

  17. geri gregory says:

I would love to try your pizza but they all have cheese on them I wish a company would come out with a pizza that has sauce veg or meat so many of us have problems with dairy???

  18. Jane says:

I just love your muffins! Howsum-ever, I would be just delighted if your bread, pizza and bagel products had no YEAST (a big allergy of mine). Have you considered making sourdough products?
A word to the wise: corn also has gluten (you can purchase corn gluten fertilizer, and, I believe, dog food.)

  19. Caitlyn says:

Tortillas for sure but also looking forward to a good tasting granola bar.

  20. Gail F. Clancy says:

I would love all three. I would espically love the pizza.
