About Udi's Gluten Free Foods

At Udi's Gluten Free Foods, we think everyone should be able to eat a sandwich on hearty and delicious bread or indulge in a cheesy slice of pizza even if you are gluten intolerant or have celiac disease. Our philosophy is making gluten-free delicious.

It is estimated that 3 million Americans - about 1 in every 100 - have celiac disease and are unable to digest the proteins found in wheat, rye and barley.

At Udi's Gluten Free Foods, we are old school artisan bakers. We take those same principles, skill and passion and combine it into a secret combination that just happens to be 100% gluten-free. And we don't stop there. We realize the varying degrees of food allergies and that's why we create all natural and delicious varieties of baked goods that are also dairy free, soy free and nut free.
