Fabulous customer recipe using Udi’s Pizza Crust – Yum! I found your crusts and have been having a great time. I drizzle gently olive oil, smear roast garlic and sprinkle with bruised Basil, bake on pizza stone until crispy. Top with rice shreds (yellow) pepperoni, or shredded chicken(opt) 1/2c chopped spinach, 2 thin slice mushrooms, […]   Read more »

Yesterday on Facebook & Twitter we asked our fans, “What is your favorite (non-cheese) grilled cheese topping.” We also asked the Udi’s Gluten Free Foods staff. The staff favorite ended up being avocados, and the Facebook responses included everything from tomato to bacon to horseradish! I started to think about some of these combinations and how they […]   Read more »

Happy to eat bread again!

May 7, 2011 at 12:01 pm

I had given up any hope of having good bread after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and being forced to eat the dry, dense bread of other manufacturers. I was horrible. Thanks to Udi’s I feel satisfied because the bread tastes so good. It’s airy and soft. I told my grocer to cancel all orders […]   Read more »

Eating bread again

May 4, 2011 at 10:28 pm

Gluten Free Beer

May 3, 2011 at 11:17 pm

The Celiac’s diet in the past has not allowed for a lot of different seasonal splurges.  We pass on the stuffing during Thanksgiving, we stare longingly at the gingerbread houses on Christmas, we carefully sift through the bucket of candy during Halloween, and settle for bun-less hot dogs on the 4th of July.  Well, we […]   Read more »

Celiac Shock

May 3, 2011 at 7:19 pm

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac and was shocked at how many foods I could no longer eat. I thought I’d have to give up bread-and a lot of other things forever. I was not a happy camper! Friends and family, however, started helping me to find substitutes for my old favorites. One of the […]   Read more »
