February 16, 2011 at 11:36 pm

I love finding great ways to cook yummy foods and sharing […]   Read more »

February 13, 2011 at 8:46 pm

I traveled to Seattle last October 2010 with my family which to say was a blast. The city’s restaurants are savvy about gluten intolerant and celiac disease – very surprising to me. However, I was shopping at a Wholefoods Grocery Store, and was excited to see the variety of gluten free foods. I was in […]   Read more »

February 9, 2011 at 11:43 pm

Just like a longer daily commute or a snow-shoveling backache, dry skin is an unpleasant, but inevitable, outcome of harsh winter weather. Finding the right products to battle these arid conditions is never easy, and, for some with gluten sensitivities, this process can be even more difficult.
