Two firsts, lucky me
September 15, 2010 at 1:39 pmI thought my first Udi’s experience was at Jason’s Deli. A friend had told me about the gluten free sandwiches, so I stopped in on a road trip. I was addicted after my first bite. Of course, I immediately went to your website to see what else you sold. It was there that I discovered [...] Read more »

Gluten free isn't bread free anymore!
September 14, 2010 at 1:30 pmI don’t know if you folks at Udi’s truly realize the impact your product has had on my family, and I’m sure many others. My daughter needed to become gluten-free last year at the age of 5. There are so many limitations! When our every search for basic bread ended up in disappointment after disappointment, [...] Read more »
GF in Canada
September 13, 2010 at 6:04 pmI spent my entire childhood in pain (stomach pain, tender skin) and always fatigued. My parents didn’t know how much it hurt, I came to not notice it much. Had nosebleeds with HUGE clots all through childhood, and menstrual problems at 11yrs. As a result, I was mis-diagnosed with leukemia at 12 yrs, because my [...] Read more »
A Changed Kid

His doctor suggested we medicate him for AHDH and I asked if there were any dietary changes we could try first. Turns out, by taking gluten [...] Read more »

The only one in my family
September 13, 2010 at 3:23 amAll my life food made me sick. No matter what I ate, my stomach would hurt. It got so bad that I would rather not eat than put up with the pain, bloating and weird stomach sounds. About 3 months ago I was diagnose with celiac disease. I thought I wasn’t going to find anything [...] Read more »
Sinful
September 13, 2010 at 3:00 amI found out April, this year, that I have celiacs – apparently, I was gluten intolerant & that progressed to celiacs because I was not aware of the consequences of eating gluten. A friend of mine told me I needed to try Udi’s. I had seen it in the freezer section – but I liked [...] Read more »
FINALLY!
September 13, 2010 at 3:00 amI have been gluten free since November of 2009. I struggled with years of doctor visits for my massive stomach attacks and no one could find a thing. Eventually I got to a point where I couldn’t eat anything without getting sick. I made a decision to try the gluten free life. At first it [...] Read more »
First Udi's gluten free sandwich
September 13, 2010 at 2:15 amWe just enjoyed Udi’s whole grain bread for the first time…and it was the most delicious gluten free sandwich I have ever had! We had Vintage White Cheddar cheese, Swiss, Avacado spread (freshly made by my daughter), lettuce, and a little bit of Honey Dijon Mustard. It was amazing! We did not even have to [...] Read more »
