Only GF Bread for me!

I have been gluten free (or tried to be–as most of you know, it has been difficult until recently) for over 15 years. I had given up on bread or bakery products and just eliminated them from my diet as none of the gluten free offerings were worth eating. Then Udi came to our rescue. His bread is so great. I can eat sandwiches again. I would crawl over hot coals to find this bread. Wish the cinnamon bread was easier to find. Went to three Denver stores yesterday and they were all out. I take a survival basket of Udi’s products to any newly diagnosed friends who think they cannot live without gluten. It cheers them up immediately. A friend of mine “had” to ship the bread to France when his teenage daughter spent a summer internship there.

I love your White Sandwich Bread. I had totally given up on sandwich bread. My wife brought home a loaf of your bread and I rolled my eyes. We’ve tried just about every brand of GF bread.
Your bread is the BEST by far! It tastes like and has the texture of normal bread! It doesn’t need to be microwaved to soften up. It doesn’t crumble at room temperature… I’ve been eating a lot of sandwiches lately, this is something I haven’t done in 10 years.

Whole Grain Bread

I just recently found out about Udi’s. I had the blueberry muffins way back in February but did not realize that they were from the Udi brand. I just tried the whole grain bread loaf and I absolutely love it. It reminds me of a good rye bread–taste and texture! My father owned his own bakery for many years of my life and I am pretty picky about my bread products. This bread is fantastic!

The only negative thing about this is that its expensive at $7.49 a loaf! I don’t know what the price is in the US but thats what I pay here in Canada!

I’ve been gluten free since I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue in 2006. In 2008 I got married to my highschool sweetheart. The price of my new diet has always made me feel bad, and being a newly married college student with not much of a cash flow, I did my best to spend as little as possible. Even if that meant not buying bread or any pre-made gluten free foods (the prices on those always made me cringe). Then one day there was a new brand of food at our grocery store! AND IT WASN’T HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE!! I bought 2 loaves of bread, pizza crust, and a box of muffins. I didn’t eat anything but sandwiches for about 2 weeks straight i was so happy. Even now Udi’s is a blessing to me, since I have a son now and my husband has been added to the ranks of the many many unwillingly unemployed people in the U.S.. I have cut back on my spending again, but I can still afford to have sandwiches and the occasional pizza ;] Thanks again Udi’s for being fantastic!

gluten free and aspergers

My son is on the spectrum of Autism. He has a bad sensitivity to gluten that not only affect his stomach but his impulsive behavior. We just discovered this problem a year algo. Udi’s cinnamon rolls allows him to have his favorite food without the gluten. He was in heaven the first time he got to have his old favorite.

Pizza!

I’ve tried several different pre-made pizza crusts. I will forever be an Udi’s Pizza Crust person after trying it. It’s thin crust is perfect! I’ve been looking for a tasty gluten free thin crust pizza crust. Udi’s is it!

My Very Very Favorite Bread

Udi’s Millet Chia bread makes an awsome sandwich. So moist and so much flavor, and GOOD FOR YOU!
I have only found it in one health food store. Hope this isn’t going to be something that is no longer available. I notice you don’t offer it online.

Tasty Bread

Finally a bread that has a great texture & good taste. I tried so many different rice breads & they were mushy & flaovorless. UDI’S grain bread is so satisfying it’s like forgetting about my allergy.

I used to bake bread for my mom. Now with Udis I don’t have too. Love all the products. Now after getting on the blog, I find out they make cookies!!!. OMG can’t wait until they start selling them here in my town. Everything we have tried from Udi’s has been wonderful. Still waiting until the buns are sold in my area, can’t wait
