Happy to eat bread again!

May 7, 2011 at 12:01 pm

I had given up any hope of having good bread after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and being forced to eat the dry, dense bread of other manufacturers. I was horrible. Thanks to Udi’s I feel satisfied because the bread tastes so good. It’s airy and soft. I told my grocer to cancel all orders […]   Read more »

The Reborn Celiac!

My gluten free life changed when I came across an ad about Udi’s GF food. Should I believe and take a chance, ordering more food from another company which is supposed to be the answer for those of us who crave wonderful tastes from the past, before Celiac? I did,and now I’ve been ordering the best food […]   Read more »

Eating bread again

May 4, 2011 at 10:28 pm

I tried baking GF bread from scratch- wasted my money & most of it was uneatable. I bought numerous brands & so many tasted like cardboard. When I found Udi’s I could not believe how much it tasted like regular bread. I will never try another brand. Name: Elaine W.City: LaramieState: Wy   Read more »

Friends and family, however, started helping me to find substitutes for my old favorites. One of the […]   Read more »

On a weekend visit to my Mom & Dad, Mom said that the grocery store dietician (Hy-Vee) helped her find gluten-free crackers for the cheese & meat tray we were enjoying during our “Happy Hour”. Toast, never more?

April 20, 2011 at 5:03 pm

Once I started living my gluten-free life, my first thought was that I would never have the joy of eating toast. Most breads I found were dry and crumbling, not the toast that I was missing. Then, in Barcelona, Spain, I found a bread. . .gluten free. . .soft like “regular” bread. I knew then […]   Read more »
