  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¾ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 whole Vanilla Bean, slit lengthwise
  • 1 package Udi’s Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies; cookies cut into ½-inch squares
  • Ice Cream Maker
