Egg Salad and Bacon Sandwich




2 hard boiled eggs
1 Tbls gluten free mayo
1 Tbls onion (optional)
3 slices bacon cut in bite size pieces
3 Udi’s Gluten Free Hotdog Buns


1. Chop the eggs and add mayo and onions.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Top the egg salad with the bacon bites and spread on a each hotdog bun.
