Feta and Broccoli Flatbread




Udi’s Pizza crust
Olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
1/4 cup feta cheese (any variety)
1/4 roughly chopped broccoli


1. Thinly coat pizza crust with olive oil (for a crisp pizza, use less).
2. Add finely minced garlic and spread around crust.
3. Sprinkle feta and broccoli over crust.
4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
