Fresh & Easy Bagel Pizza
* 1 TBS Olive Oil, (can use flavored)
* 1-2 Garlic Cloves
* 1 Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel
* Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
* Mozzarella Cheese
* 5-6 Grape Tomatoes, sliced
* Fresh Basil Leaves
1. Pour olive oil in small glass container. For extra garlic flavor, mince or slice 1 garlic clove and add to oil.
2. Brush each side of bagel with oil.
3. Sprinkle liberally with cheeses. You can also add feta for variety.
4. Add sliced tomatoes and basil leaves. Top with very thin slices of garlic, more cheese and a drizzle more of olive oil, if desired.
5. Broil in oven a few minutes, or until cheese is melted.
