2 c. baby arugula leaves
1/2 c. sundried tomatoes
1 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinaigrette
Freshly ground black pepper
4 Udi's Gluten Free Classic Hot Dog Buns
4 gluten free hot dogs, cooked
Shredded parmesan cheese
1. Mix together arugula, tomatoes, and olive oil.
2. Top hot dogs and buns with salad mixture, drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
