Laura’s GF Mediterranean Pizza – New Face of Gluten Free Winner
- 2 Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crusts
- Chop the following into desired size chucks:
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- Gourmet Mushroom Blend
- Mediterranean Olives
- Hearts of Palm
- Bell Peppers - Mixed Colors
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Optional: leafy greens such as arugula or spinach
- Preheat over to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl and divide between two pizzas.
- Drizzle pizza with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and top with a sprinkle of rock sea salt & pepper
- Place trays on first tier of oven for 5-7 min till golden. Remove and add any additional greens if desired.
- Pair with Estrella Daura Ale or a Glass of Italian red wine-Amarone.
- Voila & Bongiorno!
