Matt’s Veggie Pizza – New Face of Gluten Free Winner

 
 
       

 

Ingredients

  • Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Red Pepper (sliced)
  • Asparagus (3-5 stalks should suffice, slice into 2 inch pieces)
  • 1 Squash (slice into longer ribbons)
  • 1 Zucchini (chop into quarter pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of dry Basil
  • Pinch of dry Oregano

Directions

  1. Spread pizza sauce onto Udi's pizza crust
  2. Slice up tomatoes and add to pizza.
  3. Then roast the mushrooms, red peppers, asparagus, squash & zucchini.
  4. Place the veggies on the pizza and add Balsamic vinegar & olive oil
  5. Place in the oven for 8minutes on 450 degrees.
  6. Last add a hint of dry basil & oregano
  7. Enjoy!
