Matt’s Veggie Pizza – New Face of Gluten Free Winner
- Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
- Pizza Sauce
- Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Red Pepper (sliced)
- Asparagus (3-5 stalks should suffice, slice into 2 inch pieces)
- 1 Squash (slice into longer ribbons)
- 1 Zucchini (chop into quarter pieces)
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of dry Basil
- Pinch of dry Oregano
- Spread pizza sauce onto Udi's pizza crust
- Slice up tomatoes and add to pizza.
- Then roast the mushrooms, red peppers, asparagus, squash & zucchini.
- Place the veggies on the pizza and add Balsamic vinegar & olive oil
- Place in the oven for 8minutes on 450 degrees.
- Last add a hint of dry basil & oregano
