Oatmeal Cream Pies




Prep Time: 5 minutes Servings: 5 cream pies


  1. Using a handheld or stand mixer with a paddle or whisk attachment, beat butter on high speed until creamy, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat on medium speed for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and beat on high for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Spread the cream filling on the bottom of a cookie and place another one on the top.
  4. Enjoy!
