Razored Beef Tenderloin Flatbread

  1. Salt and Pepper the 2 oz. tenderloin and pan sear both sides. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes and razor off thin slices
  2. Dice the onion and caramelize in a pan.
  3. To assemble, lay the slices of tenderloin on Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust, add the caramelized onions and roasted peppers, and top with goat cheese.
  4. Preheat oven to 450F and bake for 8-10 minutes

Chocolate Raspberry Dessert Pizza

 
 
       

 

Ingredients

1 Udi’s Pizza Crust
2 tablespoons rasberry preserves.
Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Cinnamon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Can use toaster oven.
2. Spread raspberry preserves on shell, sprinkle chocolate chips (as many as you like) and top with cinnamon.
3. Bake for about 10 minutes until chips are almost melted.
4. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar if you like.
5. Cut in slices and enjoy.
