Smoked Feta Flatbread

 
 
       

 

Ingredients

  • Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup of Feta
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 heirloom tomato
  • 2 tbsp. pesto

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Take the feta and crumble it on a sheet pan with a little olive oil and the red pepper flakes. Bake in oven for 1-2 min.
  3. Slice tomato
  4. To assemble, spread the pesto on the Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust followed by the tomato slices. Top with feta.
  5. Preheat oven to 450F and bake for 8-10min
