Smoked Feta Flatbread
- Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
- 1/2 cup of Feta
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 heirloom tomato
- 2 tbsp. pesto
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Take the feta and crumble it on a sheet pan with a little olive oil and the red pepper flakes. Bake in oven for 1-2 min.
- Slice tomato
- To assemble, spread the pesto on the Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust followed by the tomato slices. Top with feta.
- Preheat oven to 450F and bake for 8-10min
