Spicy Mango Salsa Dog




1 fully ripened mango, diced
1 serrano pepper, chopped (or milder variety of your choice)
3 tbs. fresh cilantro, minced
1 tbs. lemon juice
4 gluten free hot dogs, cooked
4 Udi's Gluten Free Classic Hot Dog Buns


1. Mix together mango, serrano, cilantro, and lemon juice.
2. Let salsa sit for 15-20 minutes; cook hot dogs in the meantime.
3. Top dogs with salsa and enjoy!
