Steak Sub-Like Sandwich w/ Udi’s Gluten Free Bread Heels
Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked tri-tip beef roast 1/4 cup watercress, stems trimmed 2 tbsp. diced onion 2 tbsp. diced tomato 1 slice pepperjack cheese 1/2 tbsp. oil of your choosing for bread 2 sliced Udi's Gluten Free Bread (heels/ends)
Directions
Serves One - Coat the inside of bread with oil and place bread on a hot grill or grill pan - Once bread is toasted layer cheese, cooked steak, tomato & onion, and watercress on top of the grilled side - You can either eat it as is or press in a Panini press for an extra crispy sandwich
