Sweet Sushi-Style Hamburgers

 
 
       

 

Ingredients

Glaze:
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil

Burgers:
Burgers (Ground beef or prepared patties)
Pineapple Slices
Mango Salsa
Nori (Seaweed Wrap)
Udi’s Gluten Free Whole Grain Hamburger Buns

Directions

Glaze:
1. Pour soy sauce into pan on stovetop. Heat on medium-low.
2. Add honey and sesame oil. Stir and heat until warm.

Burgers:
1. Cook burger patties as normal, occasionally brushing with glaze.
2. Once burgers are cooked to desired temperature, remove from grill. Top with sliced pineapple, dollop of mango salsa, and wrap with nori. Place on Udi's buns and enjoy!
