2 c. red cabbage, finely shredded
3 tbs. red wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper
2 tbs. plain, unsweetened yogurt
2 tbs. tahini (sesame paste)
2 tbs. water
Crushed red pepper
2 scallions, diced
1. Mix together cabbage and red wine vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with tahini and water.
3. Top hot dogs and buns with the cabbage, then the tahini mixture, and finish with red pepper and scallions.
