The Best Unconventional Pizza from Coco Q.
1 9" Udi's Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
1 Block of Firm Tofu
2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
2 tbsp. Tahini
Juice of 1 Lime
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
Sliced Mushroom (as wanted)
Salt, Pepper, & Basil Flakes to taste
-For the "cheese" I mixed 1 small block of firm tofu, 2 tbsp of tahini, juice of 1 lime and 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast & scrambled it.
-For the "sauce" add 2 tbsp tomato paste.
-Add toppings: sliced mushroom and zucchini, "cheese", salt/pepper, and basil flakes -Bake at 400 F for 20 min and it is ready
