1. Turn stove on medium low heat 2. Spread butter on one side of bread 3. Place bread (butter side down) onto small non-stick pan 4. Top with cheese 5. Add other piece of bread on top with melted butter on exposed side 6. Cook about 2 minutes, or until golden brown 7. Flip sandwich 8. Cook about 2 minutes, or until golden brown 9. Remove from pan and serve
